Fear, Money and Manifestation!

Expanding your mind beyond fear is an incredible super power and I'd like to share with you how to do that so you can achieve your highest possible outcome with all things abundant, while also not avoiding the parts of you that still need healing.

The first thing you need to know is this: the mind drives the manifestation ability within you. This means that you are a powerful force of receiving, or blocking things you want.  That's why it's imperative your mind is in alignment with what you deeply desire. Think about universal manifestation principles like little worker bees paving a path. This group needs a leader (queen bee) to tell them what to build, when, and in what direction. Hey, that's you! And so we direct the course of outcome with our intentions, which generate feelings, and in turn trigger actions that lasso our outcome. This happens with your awareness or not. This happens both unconsciously and consciously. Also, this door swings both ways, meaning you create both the things you want, and don't want. Every. Single. Minute.

How does that happen? Being out of alignment typically means you will manifest a mixed bag. Let's say you really want a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, but in your gut you don't believe you deserve it because you've never had it before. Maybe because it's frowned upon in your family for being too bold, because none of your friends have it, because you have beliefs that only snobby people eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. And, perhaps you believe you deserve only bologna sandwiches. And so when you see others eating peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, you feel resentment and jealousy deep down. You think, "look at that arrogant person casually eating it." Yet you also think "the peanut butter and jelly life would be really nice, why can't I manifest it?" Alignment means what you think, what you say, how you feel, your core beliefs, and how you behave, are totally in agreement. If you want anything in this life to arrive and stay, you have to have this agreement solid.

Money and the creation of all forms of abundance are merely a reflection of the alignment within ourselves. Abundance has strong, STRONG, ties to worthiness and deserving themes. As a powerful side note: we also tend to follow the pattern of our ancestors as well. If they embody lack, we tend to hold that candle too. This is usually due to soul contracts and shame over rising "above" our relatives.  Example: get back in line now, don't be too different, too bold, too 'out there' for fear of exclusion. The universal laws of manifestation however, mean that all souls on this planet deserve and can receive all the abundance they wish for. There's enough to go around, more than enough! Having an easeful life doesn't mean you're a bad person. If you think life has to be hard to be meaningful well dang, take a deep breath here and reconsider that thought because so said, so heard. From your mouth to the worker bees ears- a hard difficult road it is.  Humans think suffering is noble and some even shame status, materialism, accomplishment and achievement. P.S. If you give yourself less, it doesn't mean the less fortunate people you love get to have what you are denying yourself. In fact it's the opposite. When you dim your light, you emit a dimmed light.(ouch!) When you claim all that is beautiful and magnificent, you reflect that out into the world too. As Marianne Williamson says so perfectly...

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others”

It is often true that we are co-creating things at this very moment that we both want, and that we may not want. It is also true that the evidence of blocking what we want is typically obvious in the form of fear or shame. In playing detective to clean up your alignment, ask yourself these questions and explore these life areas:

  • What sorts of qualities in others do you really judge? Follow those and stay curious.
  • What are your beliefs about money?
  • When you think of your parents, what beliefs did you learn from them about accomplishment?
  • Consider the alignment elements (thought, speech, feeling, belief, action) and which one typically is different from the rest.
  • What is 1 thing you want to create. Consider, what's in between you and obtaining that 1 thing.
  • Write a letter from fear to yourself. (Oh yeah, this one is big. If you are feeling courageous to try it, you will learn a lot from this exercise)
  • Tune into your heart... what does it really (x6) want to experience or embody if you believed there were no barriers to having it?
If you haven't heard it anywhere else before, I'll tell you: You can totally breathe with your fear AND hold the light of your highest possible dream bursting into fruition. You can embrace both. Breathe love into your fears, while imagining your own happiness in achieving what you want. Love directed at anything, changes it. Most especially with yourself. Fear cannot stay alive when you love yourself and your purest dreams. That's the simplest, quickest and yet hardest task you'll ever start. What are you waiting for?

How to Have Hard Conversations With Tough People

I believe we can do hard things together, which is why I write pieces intended to inspire you. In the past, I've written articles about why and how we benefit from loving speech . I've also written articles about the harm of polarity and how the ego plays a major role in our suffering, but this post offers real skills on how to actually have hard conversations with people you struggle with, like REALLY tough people. There's value in this work if you desire to advance spiritually, heal relationships, and achieve peace in your heart. A Course In Miracles says:  "exempt no one from your love, or you will be hiding in a dark place in your mind," and "by not offering total love, you will not be healed completely."   I agree, we cannot be fully heart-centered when we are still holding hate, fear, or resentment.  Pic: Island Mountain Pat It should come as no surprise that right now, the world is in crisis, or what the Akasha would call, in chrysalis.  Division...

"There will come a time when you believe everything is finished...

...That will be the beginning." --Louis L' Amour Endings are merely new beginnings within the same circle of lessons only with higher vibrations. My life experiences have led me to greater levels of awareness and insight into the limitless, divine powers in my being. Shifting and changes are the avenues that lead to the path of my destiny. Sometimes however, I see these roads as scary. I know though that the challenges I experience are human in nature and exist as fear of losing and letting go. Why can't I be a Buddha everyday? The human experience is funny like that, in how we grasp and hold onto matters no longer meant for us. It's like a tug of war with spirit. We are afraid of loss. When we hold tight, life becomes more challenging. The exhaustion that comes from enduring a difficult life experience undoubtedly gives way to a serenity at some point. We have no choice but to surrender. A cycle is complete, a lesson learned, a loss gaping, a tired soul. Must we ...

You Can't Escape Conflict by Running: Walking the Bridge of Empathy

Sometimes the distance between souls is far, other times it's a step away. In either scenario, we must be brave enough to create, and walk, the bridge of empathy to connect with others to meet our vulnerability, and their vulnerability, with authenticity. Why? Well because relationship repair doesn't happen without this, and we don't change or heal our karmic issues without it either. Unless you are hoping to stay the same in steadfast patterns, you've got to stop running, and stretch that courage, when it comes to empathy, love, trust and forgiveness. A great travesty indeed is the presence of fear permeating in our society now more than ever. People can be incredibly defensive, guarded, selfish and afraid. These behaviors, all rooted in fear, are congruent to the wounded state of the soul experiencing them. Why do we act this way? Here are some common reasons... We protect fiercely within us that is most hurt. Our wounded child takes over, so instead of being b...
